Thin-Film Production Line
We offer custom design and manufacturing services ranging from small-scale research equipment to multi-layer, medium, and large-scale thin-film production lines. Our capabilities cover a wide range of web widths, including small-scale extruders (150–1,000 mm) equipped with T-dies, gantry-type take-up extruders, roll forming machines, film thickness gauges, flaw detectors, and winders, as well as medium-scale extruders (1,000–2,000 mm) and large-scale extruders up to 4,500 mm.

Upon receiving an inquiry, we will submit preliminary design drafts and refine the concepts iteratively alongside you before finalizing the commercial quote. Production lead times typically range from six months to one year.
